Refund & Return Policy

At Sanjivani Healthcare, we aim to provide high-quality healthcare and wellness products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy applies as follows:


1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Conditions for Return

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags/labels
  • Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Opened health or hygiene products
  • Used items
  • Customized products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect
